What do I do if I have forgotten my username or password?

What do I do if my popup blocker is blocking content?

Rather than turning off your pop-up blocker, the best solution is to set all Axio sites as exceptions in your pop-up blocker settings.

Internet Explorer Users: On your browser, under Tools select 'Pop-up Blocker' and then 'Pop-up Blocker settings'. In the textbox type * and click the Add button. If this does not work, try typing http://* and clicking the Add button.

Firefox Users: On your browser, under Tools select 'Options'. Click the Web Features icon then the Add Sites button. Type * to allow all Axio related sites.

If you have a tool bar downloaded on your browser from a third-party (Google, Yahoo!, etc.), it may also be blocking content. See the help files of the individual tool bar for further instructions.

What web browsers work best?

The current version of Internet Explorer or Firefox is highly recommended. Axio has been tested with Firefox, Internet Explorer version 4.0 & above and Netscape Navigator 4.7 and above. Netscape version 6.0 should not be used.

I use a Macintosh, is there anything I need to know about compatability?

The recommended browser for viewing the system on a Mac is the latest version of Safari for Mac OSX.

The Search feature in the Help is not compatible with Mac OS. It is recommended to use the Index feature instead or to print the .pdf version of the Help and use the paper copy as your reference.

Should I be concerned with the privacy of information I supply?

Any information submitted to Axio is used by instructors and administration staff only for communication and official institutional purposes. The information is not shared with any unauthorized users or persons outside of Axio Learning.

What kind of security measures are in place?

Security and privacy issues are important to Axio Learning. Axio security solutions comply with rigorous industry standards and are compatible with the widest range of platforms available.

This site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The application is located on secure and dedicated servers.

How do I know if my computer will work with the system?
